Terri was a great help when I was moving to the Iowa City area! She was professional and very knowledgeable about the area and homes. I was looking for an older home and she knew an amazing amount of information on how the homes in the area were built. She knew what to look for structurally and was aware of problems, particularly in basements. I had to handle a lot of the process long distance and every t was crossed and i was dotted before closing. It was by far the easiest closing I have ever been a part of.
