Meet Terri Larson:

  • Broker Licensed since 2006.
  • Partner/Owner at LKR since 2014.
  • Licensed to Sell Real Estate in State of Iowa, since 1995.
  • Gold Star Award, Iowa City Association of Realtors, 2003, 2012
  • Realtor of the Year, Iowa City Association of Realtors, 2009
  • President of Iowa City Area Association of Realtors, 2010-11
  • University of Iowa (1981) Bachelors of Business Administration.
  • University of Iowa (1983) M.A. Higher Education Administration.

Terri moved to Iowa City as an incoming freshman, and has never left. Post-college she worked for American College Testing for five years, and eventually made her way into real estate, which had always been a passion of hers. She has three children, three dogs, and one husband, all of which keep her feet firmly planted on the ground. Her mother currently lives in Iowa City in a collectable Moffitt house, and she cared for her grandparents when they also moved to IC in retirement.  Terri understands seniors wanting to move to the area to take advantage of all that is available.

Terri has been a Writers’ Group columnist for many years, is the local 2009 Realtor of the Year, was president of the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors in 2010-11, and was an adjunct lecturer in the University of Iowa’s Tippie College of Business for 2.5 years.  Regretfully, she had to give up teaching as her other true passion, real estate, became all-encompassing.    Reviews have stated her knowledge of the area to be “encyclopedic.”    (Ok – Terri laughed at that reference since no one uses encyclopedias anymore…)   With such a professional background, knowledge and love of the Iowa City area, Terri can connect you to the best we have to offer!

Meet Andi Miller

Andi has been a lifelong resident in Johnson County, and currently lives in Oxford, Iowa, a short distance from Iowa City.  She graduated from West High School, and Kirkwood Community College’s Paramedic Program, and is currently a licensed paramedic.  The last five years she’s been working in back office operations at Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS, and made the decision in 2018 to become a licensed agent, and see the fun from the other side of the transactions!  Her back office knowledge is invaluable as she is able to navigate through the home buyer and selling processes with ease, making life much much easier for her buying and selling clients.  She is a great asset for Terri, and together they form a winning combination which benefits all of their clients.  Because, at the end of every day, it’s about YOU.
