Representing Sellers

When selling property in today’s rough and tumble market, you need to wisely position yourself and your home. Throughout the listing process I will anticipate what customers are looking for in a home, and put that knowledge to use when marketing the property.  With your permission, this will include staging.  I work with many buyers and know what buyers do and don’t like because I listen to them when showing property.  This experience will be used to position your home to sell.  Once your home is picture perfect, I will hire a professional photographer to take great pictures, and get those loaded and set up so once I hit the “live” button on the MLS system, your home will be viewed as positively as possible.

Once listed, your property will appear on our Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Realtor.com,  Zillow.com, a professional video tour, and on my personal website.  My assistant, Jayne Sandler, is invaluable in creating feature sheets and marketing materials for each property, and continuously keeping up with email correspondence, making sure all of us are on the same page.  As a former lender with 19 years of experience, Jayne knows the ins and outs of the financing world, so if a potential issue should arise with respect to mortgages, payoffs, closing costs, etc. should come up, she can quickly assist.
